Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We are a small, family-run, independent restaurant, and every booking really matters to us.

All reservations require valid credit card details to secure the booking. No payment is taken at the time of booking.

We kindly ask guests to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to their reservation.


  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time will incur a £30 per person charge.

  • No-shows (failing to attend the reservation without notice) will incur a £50 per person charge.

  • If your group size changes, please let us know in advance. A £30 per person fee may apply if we are not informed of amendments and fewer guests attend than booked.


As a small team, no-shows and late cancellations have a significant impact on us — not only in terms of lost revenue, but also missed opportunities to offer those tables to other guests.

We completely understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to re-fill the table. If we are able to do so, we will waive the cancellation or amendment charge.
